$2.6 Million Luxury Naples Housing

The Naples housing market is one of the strongest in the country. This may be due to the fact that Naples housing is still some of the most affordable in Florida. However, the city’s overall affordability doesn’t mean that there is a lack of very plush, very expensive Naples housing attracting affluent buyers to the market.

In July, JP King auctioned three Naples estates in Greg Norman’s Tiburon Golf Club. Each home sold for over $2.6 million, bringing in a total of $8.03 million. This luxury Naples housing “went to out-of-state buyers who were purchasing the homes as vacation or second homes.”
