Naples Apartments Used to Help Storm Refugees

On September 7th, CED-Concord Management, a family business that develops, builds and manages "affordably priced multi-family communities," announced that it was waiving the application fee and one month´s rent in all of its buildings nationwide for people displaced by Hurricane Katrina. The company´s Naples apartments were just a few to open its doors to storm refugees looking for a temporary replacement home.

One to four-bedroom Naples apartments were made available immediately, and leasing associates completed application approvals within four to six hours. The leases ranged between seven months and one year, although special consideration was given to families able to return home in as little as sixty days.

CED-Concord is currently helping its new tenants find clothing, food and furniture for their new Naples apartments. Plus, the company´s employees and current residents have helped raise $45,000 in donations for the American Red Cross.
