Int he J.D. Power and Associates study released in September, Pulte Homes, which includes the Del Webb and DiVosta brands, and Centex Homes, including the Fox &Jacobs brand, were ranked highest in customer satisfaction within the Naples real estate market.
Pulte was the "consistent standout in the study," as it put a very strong focus on creating relationships with it Naples real estate buyers. A key companent to building that relationship was listening to the customer´s needs.
The study also found that construction managers have begun reflecting a more visible role in the process of developing Naples real estate. "As consumers become more active in communicating with their home builders during the construction process, construction managers are nearly as important in influencing customer satisfaction as the builder´s sales staff."
