Pulte Scores Big in Naples Real Estate Market
The Naples/Fort Myers Division of Pulte Homes, Inc. has been ranked number one in customer satisfaction for the area by J.D. Power and Associates. This is Pulte´s sixth consecutive year ranking number one in the Naples real estate market.
Aside from triumphing in Naples real estate rankings, Pulte´s Del Web and DiVosta brands also ranked highest in Orlando, Palm Beach and Tampa Bay.
Approximately 45 percent of Pulte´s “homes nationwide are sold to repeat and referral customers.” According to Pulte´s president and CEO, Richard J. Dugas, Jr., “This can only happen if [Pulte´s] customers are expressing their satisfaction to friends and family, and colleagues.”
Some believe that the key to Pulte´s success within the Naples real estate market is the presence of the customer relations representative. These representatives “work with the customer from the time they sign the sales contract, through construction to delivery, and to the point immediately preceding expiration of one-year waranties covering specific items.”
