Median Home Prices in Naples Highest in Florida

High demand from out of state buyers is driving record home prices in Naples. In the past year, home prices in the Naples area have climbed nearly $70,000 since March of 2004, with the median now at $430,800. This is a 19% increase in just one year, according to the Florida Association of Realtors.

Sales continue to keep pace with those of a year ago, with 540 homes being sold in the Naples area last month.
