Naples, Florida Contractors Taking Charge in Estero
Naples, Florida contractors J.E.D. Development and the company´s founder Joe D´Jamoos have become well known around the Naples area for their work on various important projects since 1997. However, some of the developer´s bigger and more recent jobs are taking place in a costal town a little further North of Naples, Florida called Estero.
Estero is quickly becoming a booming market for construction in the southwestern part of the state, and within a few years, it may become a city to which Naples, Florida residents turn for cultural events, shopping and dining. Helping greatly in this effort to develop Estero is J.E.D, which is currently constructing "more than 600,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 400 residential units" in the area.
J.E.D. is working on four Estero projects simultaneously. They include, the Corkscrew Palms Commercial Center, "three commercial parcels within Plaza del Sol," Estero on the River, which includes a 500 seat theatre and a mix of retail, office and residential real estate, and an "unnamed residential and commercial project at the corner of U.S. 41 and Coconut Road."
Estero´s Community Planning Panel has great faith in J.E.D., citing the company´s excellent track record in Naples, Florida as the reason for their confidence.
