Wilder Cos. Acquires Land Near Naples, Florida
In September, Wilder Cos. Acquired 43 acres of land near Naples, Florida for an undisclosed amount. It was the second purchase Wilder made in Florida this summer.
The company “specializes in the development, management and leasing of retail property,” and plans on using the Naples, Florida land for the construction of “a 300,000-square-foot shopping center called Estero Crossing.” This Center, which will serve the Estero, Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida communities, is projected to open in 2007 “and will house up to 25 merchants including a 30,000-square-foot building of small shops, restaurants and cafes.” All of these new properties will be managed and leased by Wilder.
