Naples condos come in a wide assortment of options and styles. From waterfront units to inland property, there's something for everyone. Naples condos are available in golfing and country club settings or gated communities. Styles range from low-rise Bahaman-influenced architecture to modern high-rise buildings, to villas and carriage homes. Many condos are investment property or second homes for vacationing snow birds. Prices can range anywhere from $125,000 for smaller, inland units up to several million for the ultimate in condo living.
In the golfing communities of Tiburon and Kensington, condo units start in the mid-$300,000s. Known for its peaceful nature settings, the more affordable Pelican Marsh prices its Naples condos starting around $195,000. And in the upscale area of Grey Oaks, price tags for luxury condos and villas start at $625,000.
As you would expect, there is an extensive selection of waterfront Naples condos on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as on the bay and along canals. Beachfront condos in Park Shore can run as high as $12 million or more, although more affordable units start in the $200,000 range. Moorings and Coquina Sands offer quiet neighborhood settings. Condos in these family-friendly areas begin between the mid-$100,000s and low-$200,000s. The historically rich Old Naples neighborhood is known for its fine selection of restaurants and galleries and is just minutes from the water. Condos here generally start around $200,000, but go up in price the closer the property is to the beach.
Located near downtown Naples and Marco Island, Forest Glen is a 630-acre community with golf and nature preserves. In this development, new terrace condos are priced from just over $160,000, and new garden condos start in the $200,000s.
