New Construction in NaplesNew construction in the Naples area continues to grow and appreciate. With vacation property skyrocketing and the expected influx of retiring Baby Boomers, New construction is big business in Naples. Many buyers are looking to newer construction rather than older properties that may require more maintenance. And many are tearing down and rebuilding.Standard lots on the water can start around $50,000, more desirable property for single-family homes can go upwards to $1 million or more. Inland lots are usually priced lower, starting around $25,000. While golf lots can range anywhere from $150,000 to $1 million+, they can be more affordable than sought after waterfront property. Many newer construction communities, located within minutes of beaches and shopping, offer such amenities as clubhouses, tennis, swimming, and walking paths. The communities of Bridgewater Bay, Carlton Lakes and Stratford Place offer waterfront properties with tons of amenities. The Bridgewater Bay community is planned around twelve lakes and has a variety of housing types including single-family homes, carriage, coach and garden homes. Prices range from $170,000 to over $400,000. Carlton Lakes is set on 90 acres of lakes and pathways. Single-family homes and carriage condos in this New construction community start in the $200,000s. Stratford Place's carriage and townhomes are as low as $160,000. Among Naples' newest communities are Verona Walk, Summit Place and Reflection Lakes. Verona Walk is a gated-community only minutes from the beach, downtown and shopping. Patio, single-family homes and townhomes are offered in four different styles, some with lake and water views. Prices start between $220,000 and $370,000. Summit Place, another gated-community, will be offering luxury townhouses in six different designs with pre-construction prices starting in the $200s. The community promotes its beautiful landscaping and lakes with fountains. Located in southeast Naples, Reflection Lakes is a short drive to the beaches and Marcos Island, and it's close to a public golf course. Pre-construction prices for one or two-story single-family homes and townhouses start between $160,000 and $280,000. |
